Cube the salmon into small pieces.
Coat with salt n pepper. Fry in olive oil. Remove.
In the same oil add finely chopped garlic and chilli flakes.
Then add cleaned n chopped broccoli florets to this. Cook on very low flame with lid on until the broccoli is cooked and tender.
Remove from pan.
Make white sauce (milk+flour+salt+butter+pepper) with a little mozzarella cheese (optional).
Add the cooked n drained pasta to this. Mix.
Add the salmon n broccoli. Mix and serve hot. :)
